Welcome
to the ROC!
The
ROC is Immanuel's Recreation & Outreach Center located at the rear of the
church campus at 3100 Tates Creek Rd in Lexington, Kentucky. The ROC offers
a wide range of opportunities for recreation and fellowship, including Indoor
Walking Track; Fully equipped Fitness Center; 2 Gymnasiums; Cardio Center; Solid
ROC Cafe'; Locker and Shower Room; Child Care Facility; Summit Conference Center;
Educational Space and church offices.
Whether you want to come and workout on the track, in the fitness center, or
join an exercise class, the ROC is the place
for you. Some of the programs offered at the ROC are group
exercise classes, Upward Basketball & Soccer, youth and men's basketball
leagues, summer basketball camps and summer day camps for kids.

Baptist,
My husband and I want to thank you for providing your ROC ministry. Your
workout center has improved our health as well as our marriage. Working
out throughout the week has decreased our stress and improved our moods.
In addition, we have been fortunate enough to meet new people and invite
people to come to the ROC who otherwise would not have stepped into a
church setting.

The ROC closes on Wednesdays at 5:00 pm and is closed all day Sundays.
